I led the redesign of a complex Roles and Permissions system for a major B2B SaaS platform, replacing fragmented access controls that spanned multiple products. Partnering with product and engineering teams, I developed a unified, scalable permission model that simplified onboarding and made it easier for customers to manage access at scale.
